Prem Luthra – Chief Revenue Officer


Prem Luthra is Chief Revenue Officer, responsible for establishing overall strategy and partnership development activities for Real Estate Digital (RED).

He brings more than fifteen years of experience in the technology, media and real estate industries, having created numerous opportunities for real estate companies, professionals and advertisers to engage with consumers through emerging media technologies.

Prem joined LPS Real Estate Group in 2007, which spun off in September 2011 to become Real Estate Digital. Previously, Prem served as Senior Vice President of Consumer Media at Move Inc. He joined Move, Inc. formerly Homestore, Inc., in 2000 as Vice President of Corporate Development. In his first three years at Move, he managed the online marketing efforts for the company by establishing distribution relationships for the Move network of sites, including Realtor.com, with Google, AOL, MSN, Earthlink, and Yahoo!. In his last four years at Move, serving as Senior Vice President of Consumer Media, he was responsible for leading the company’s online and offline Retail advertising business leveraging both the Move network of websites and the company’s Welcome Wagon direct mail operation.

Before joining Move in 2000 he was an early member of RealNet Learning Services, which delivered training and professional development curriculum to major real estate franchisors and their agents. As RealNet’s Vice President and General Sales Manager he led sales, marketing, business development and M&A activities.

Educated at Penn State and the University of Arizona, Luthra began his professional career by founding I.C.S., a leading provider of equipment, product and services to the steel, heavy construction, freight and equipment rental industries.
