Mike Kovar – Chief Financial Officer

Mike Kovar has been responsible for Finance and Accounting at Real Estate Digital since September 2011. Prior to that, he held the same role at LPS Real Estate Group since joining in January, 2008 as the Chief Financial Officer. He was formerly the VP of Finance and Risk Controller at Lending Tree (a division of Nasdaq-listed IAC Interactive).

Mike is a Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Financial Analyst. He formerly was on the Board of Directors of the CFA Society of Orange County, CA and was elected president in 2005. Mike was formerly an Investment Research Analyst at Pacific Life Insurance Company was a financial accounting instructor at University of Phoenix. He holds a B.S. in Mathematics and obtained his MBA from Arizona State University.
